We currently use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. Shipping cost is based on the weight and zip code destination All of your shipments are tracked and insured. We will send you tracking information via email within 1 business day of shipment

International Buyers Note

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges

• All products must be in the condition received. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
• Logo Masters will take care of all re-shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent. Customers must pay for return shipping if Logo Masters is not at fault.
• Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase.
• Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
